High Quality Ground Beef
Our beef cattle are grass-fed and 120 days grass and grain-finished. We grain-finish to help enhance flavor and tenderness in the meat. When it's time for processing, we hand deliver our butcher calves to our trusted State Inspected Processing plant to be processed. All of our farm fresh Ground Beef is sold by the pound and comes in estimated 1lb vacuumed sealed packages.
Custom Pork - (AVAILABILITY varies)
We offer Half & Whole Custom Pork shares sold by the hanging weight. Our hogs are all fed a high quality feed resulting in a healthy, great tasting pork product. We hand deliver the hogs to the Processor.
We only have Custom hogs Available for harvest a few time a year, so check with us on Availability.
